Each operation is set up to include State-Of-The-Art Composite Repair Capabilities providing both rotary-wing and fixed-wing aircraft operators with a full complement of repair services from primary to tertiary structures.

20 000 sq. ft. facility completely renovated in 2001, with dedicated areas for Inventory, NDI Inspection, Tear Down, General Shop, Machine Shop, Clean Room, Bonding Equipment and Ovens (250F/350F), Paint and Cure Booths, Static and Electronic Component Balance Room, Offices and additional 10 000 sq. feet of storage space adjacent to the building.

The Brand new 10 000 sq. ft. repair facility is located right at the airport overlooking the runway with direct aircraft access to the shop. Dedicated paint/cure booth, tear down area, NDI inspection, Clean Room, Electronic Balance Room, hot bonding equipment, Inventory Area and Offices are all completely new or have been extensively renovated in July 2012.
The ACS Florida operation has been set up in response to increasing demand for rotor blade repair capability in this part of the continent as well as a shortage of composite repair support for local MRO organizations.
Our dedicated Florida team consists of highly experienced composite and rotor blade repair professionals with a history of solving problems and a very high level of customer satisfaction.
