My experience along with my partner Bruce Anning extends back 38 years. I started my career with Orlando Helicopter Airways in 1976 learning the Sikorsky S-55, S-58 & S-61 main & tail rotor blade repair. I knew then this was my life and wanted to learn it all so I moved on to Bell Helicopter International, Composite Technologies Inc. Winnipeg, Orlando Blade Technologies, Lockheed Martin. Aviation Blade Services, Advanced Composite Structures USA, Vertical Aviation (Whisper Jet), AcousticFab and finally settled down in my hometown of Sanford, Florida; took the plunge and partnered with Bruce and opened Advanced Composite Structures Florida. I have learned so much from my travels working for large and small aerospace manufacturers and rotor blade repair facilities from Florida to Iran, California, Canada, and North Carolina. I was taught by some of the best in the industry from Fred Clark to Ralph Alex, Ray Plourde, Jim
